COLOUR GX CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

I bought a secondhand Colour GX on Facebook and need to register it on my VRM. Difficult to get the original owner. How can I get the unit on my VRM?

Try and register it. The original owner receives a request for access.

If they do not respond by adding you, then go through the official support channel for it.

Hi, my problem was resolved as they added me to the VRM.

Now they need to delete themselves, I don't think you can do it.
