Orion TR 12/12 showed charged battery but battery discharged on first use

Hello guys!

I recently installed Orion TR SMART 12/12 - 30 (first use) and is installed according to the instructions in the manual and I have a LifePO4 200AH. I went on a trip and my battery was approximately 85% charged before turning on the Orion, with MPPT turned off and only the Orion running during the trip. I left a 1500W inverter, Starlink and laptop connected and the Orion app was showing the correct process, from charging to floating (fully charged). Approximately 4 hours after this process, the battery simply discharged completely. The battery is almost new. Is there any explanation for this? Shouldn't the Orion have maintained its battery charge?

what are the settings in the orion , what is the draw from the other devices, and for how long

maybe the draw was more than the orion 30 amp output, or the battery was flattened after the trip.

basically not enough info to give any advise

The LIFEPO4 lithium battery we use in the motorhome is not being charged by the Orion (so thinking it could be a problem with the battery), we put it in a lead acid battery we had to test.

Orion connected to the lead acid battery and it does not charge (however the Orion shows absorption)

Lead battery being charged directly with the positive and negative that comes from the vehicle battery connected to the alternator (without using the Orion).

I can't open the links. Please post a screen shot of the Orion battery settings and if you used it expert mode. Also the Orion history screen.
