SmartSolar 100/30 after FW Update listed as "other", PIN seems Ok but only basic Information

Hallo,

nach einem Firmware Update ist der Laderegler aus der App in Andere Geräte gerutscht. Wieso?
Update hakte bei 3% und hat sich dann beendet. PIN ist OK, konnte die PIN sogar wechseln, aber ausser dem Info Bildschirm kommt nix mehr?

I made firmware updates today on smartshunt and smartsolar like I always did. It worked fine for the smartshut but smartsolar charger reacted strange.

At the beginning it stoped at 3% and then suddenly finished. I can see the smartsolar in the APP under "other devices" ??. I can do login via PIN but it shows only the Infoscreen. How do I connect correctly back into known devices. I tried to kick out smartsolar under Bluetooth an connect back via App several times.

Please help me !

Wenn du deine Frage im deutschsprachigen Bereich stellst und dann auch mit deutsch anfängst, solltest du auch den Titel in deutsch schreiben.

Schalte den MPPT mal komplett ab, also erst PV trennen und dann die Batterie. Dann mal eine Minute warten und dann wieder anklemmen (erst Batterie, dann PV).

Ein Screenshot wäre dann auch nicht schlecht.

Hi,

ja sorry ist mein erster Post hier und 90% in der Eingangseite sind in Englisch verfasst. Zudem wollte ich eigentlich keinen Roman schreiben. Aber Danke, nach dem vollständigen abklemmen von PV und Aufbaubaubatterie hat er sich dann wie von Geisterhand mit seinem alten Namen gemeldet und wird wieder zur Anlage gehörig erkannt. Das FW Update hatte nicht geklappt und ich konnte es ohne Probleme wiederholen.
