Multiplus 24/3000/70 not charging below 20v

Hi,


I have a multiplus 24/3000/70 connected to a pair of tesla modules.


The pack voltage has dropped to 20v and the multiplus won't charge anymore. Any suggestions as how to resolve this?

Sounds like it could be the same as this issue - https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/26909/multiplus-not-switching-on.html - the Advice given there for a 12V setup sounds good anbd maybe applicable to your situation?

I believe the new minimum voltage is 20.6.
