Hi, I'm looking at changing my ET112 for a vm-3p75ct. It's an ESS setup with 2 MPIIs in parallel.
I have a 100A grid supply. Most of the time the batteries are supplying energy so the vm-3p75ct would be measuring near 0A. So all would be good.
However, I have a 4 hour cheap rate energy window at night and regularly pull near 100A. This is with 2 EV chargers, ESS battery charging, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. The EV chargers have load limiting so they throttle back to not exceed 100A.
So will the vm-3p75ct just report 75A to the Cerbo but just work? It will only be charging at this time in Winter or charging with a low SoC limit in summer so it won't be trying to control the grid power in or out.
