Is it more efficient to connect four 320 watt solar panels in pure serial or two set of two panels in serials into one parallel? All in parallel is not an option due to the 10 awg wire.

if your charge controller can handle the open circuit voltage at your lowest temperature, and all modules face the same direction, then all in series is the most efficient option, as I2R losses are lower/
The Voc of each panel is 40.3 and I have 4 panels. The 250/70 should be able to handle that, and probably 6 panels all together,m if my math is correct.
