Victron Phoenix 24/1200 inverter - does it automatically turn back on?

1. After the inverter detects a low voltage and shuts off, will it then turn back on (without user interface) when the battery voltage is above the low voltage cut-off (set in the app)?
2. Tech specs say that this 1,200VA has a peak-power of 2,200 Watts. Does this mean it will provide 2,200 Watts briefly but NOT constantly?
3. The manual says the inverter voltage is adjustable between 210-245 Volts. Amazon says it is 120 Volts. Which is correct? I need 120 Volts.

1. There is a "return voltage" setting, above which the inverter will restart

2. Yes, 5 seconds I believe.

3. There is a 230V version and a 120V version, the voltage range you have quoted is for the 230V version.
