Anyone happen to know what this message means in the VRM event logs and why it pops up every minute, or even multiple times per minute, as per the screenshot?

Yes, mine sometimes looks the same.
Probably you played around with the widgets.
Any small change you do on the "widgets" config, it is reflected here.
For example, click on "Widgets" icon, select a device - for example Gateway - and click on "Solar Irradiance" to activate it and then click again on it to deactivate it.
Voila... Two more "Installation settings update - General settings updated" records....
And so on and so forth, ad nauseam... :-)))
