Cerbo GX will not shut off my generator

I have a SWP Perkins diesel generator with 2 wire start. The Cerbo will start the genset, but will not shut off the genset when parameters are met. I’ve done about all I can do with wiring and rewiring to make sure all connections are good. Any help would be appreciated
