Hi. I have purchased a GX Tank 140 device and I connected its USB cable to my Cerbo GX bit the GX Tank inputs in the Analog pagebdo do not appears. In the analog page appears the tank inputs of the Cerbo and the temperature input but the GX Tank 140 inputs are missing. There is not any sensor connected to yhe Tank 140 yet. Cerbo firmware version is 3.14.
Any idea about the issue?

Which USB connection did you use on the Cerbo GX. The USB next to the HDMI port is a power only USB, it has no data connection. Make sure you use the 2 end ones.
Most probably this is the problem!!! I will check. GX Tank 140 Manual does not say anything about the usb conector to use. It would be good to mention this detail.
You also need to have firmware version 2.70 or higher on your Cerbo GX.
Confirmed. I connected the usb cable to the usb port of the Cerbo that it is only a only power port. Connecting to one of the other ports, it works well. It would be welcome to include a comment in the Tank 140 manual. Thanks pwfarnell.
