Orion Smart 12/12-30 gives only 20A when engine is on

Hello,

When the engine is on, my Orion Smart 12/12-30 gives only 20A. I removed every load and I measured the current with the SmartShunt. The measured voltage from the alternator is 13.5V.

What could be wrong?
