Hello,i have 4 550 boards connected to a mppt 150/45
They are oriented to the west with a good inclination, I think they should produce more than what the installer tells me, it does not exceed 1370W.
can it be, is the mppt small?

The 45 in the model number is output current at battery voltage.
On a 48V system charging at 52V, you should see output around the panel max with this MPPT. The MPPT will handle about 2500W on a 48V system.
BUT.... It's dependant on illumination, shading, panel temperature and resistance in cabling.
If you have the batteries and MPPT linked to a GX device, the batteries will control the current.
