Venus GX Digital I/O as "Generic input" in Node Red

I would like to trigger actions in Node Red with Venux GX Digital I/O input changes (Venus v3.13). The "Digital Input" node in Node Red shows a "10 - Generic input" value type (besides several alarms, Pulse meter, etc) which can not be configured in the GX / Settings / I/O / Digital inputs / Digital input 1..6 menu selection.
I may missuse the alarms etc. but it would be great if the "Generic input" would be also available.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Personally I use the Bilge pump input for integrating with Node Red. Though I do see your point.
