Hi, I have a new MPPT 100/20. I have 19v and 0.6amps coming from solar panel. As soon as I connect to MPPT it reads zero for both. All wires are fine as electrician connected and my batteries reaad 12.74v. Blue light flashing also.

It sounds likeyou don't have enough volts to spare.
What model panel?
First guess is that MPPT is thinking that your system is 24volts and doesn't have enough volts from panels to start charging.
To fix that I would take off all the wires and insert battery first and wait to MPPT power up and get right voltage for your system, after that setup your panels on MPPT.
If you have MPPT with bluetooth you could check settings from there aswell.
