MPPT 100/30 not charging

Hi, can anyone tell me what might be wrong here - the unit is 1 month old, worked perfectly from setup but has just stopped working. None of the troubleshooting steps worked and im having trouble contacting the dealer. I reset by disconnecting battery and panels for 5 mins - no change,

Once all onsite possibilities have been checked (fuses, wires, programming), it’s time to get in touch with the dealer for service:
