What do you have? BMV-700 or SmartShunt?

After the installation you have to do a full charge cycle to synchronize the SOC to 100%.

Can you show us the settings?

So I connected VE Bluetooth to bmv 700 (not done before) & entered % value for 13.14 at 97% (guess) & all good. I think I must have reset everything when I removed battery to charge via shore line 240v

(v cloudy recently ). I left for 2 weeks with no power draws, mppt still charging & battery percentage was at 4%.

Bmv 700 with the shunt, not smart as I said.

After disconnecting the battery the BMV will lose the sync and it needs to be synchronized again.

Is the negative of the MPPT is going through the shunt to the battery?
Nothing is bypassing the shunt?

Correct. All to shunt. So I need to hit synconize?

If you know that your batteries are at 100% you can do that manually.

But if all settings are correct the BMV should do that automatically if you do a full charge cycle.
