Hey all have a mpptrs 450/100 one solar string is producing, the other is recognised but is never being used ? How do I switch them both on ? Both trackers being used?

Could you please give us some more details about your system and the settings? Maybe also some screenshots from VictronConnect.
Most likely bad connection between your panels. Or you own connections.
First check for polarity preferably whit an decent multimeter.
Then check if you can draw an ark or just some little sparks ( be careful if your inexperienced) if noting then there is an break in the circuit, only sparks is high resistance connection., if full ark it should be fine.
