Add additional 48v Battery Charger to Existing Multiplus 11 System

Hello,

Our boat has 2 x 10KVh lithium batteries with 250amp BMS each. Total 20KVh of battery storage.

The 48v 5000 70 Multiplus 11 is too slow to charge. Average 2800w charging with charger settings to 70amp maximum. There is also 1500w of solar, but no good on cloudy day.

Can we add separate 2000 watt 48volt battery charger to system. Negative lead would go to shunt for accurate reading.

Will this cause any issues to Multiplus 11 charger function with both chargers operating at the same time?

Would we set new charger to stop 0.25 volts below the Multiplus stop charge voltage?

I also use an additional charger. No issues.
