Low battery light on Multiplus 48/3000/35 but the battery is good

Hi, The multiplus has worked well for years but tripped out yesterday as I was starting a small elect chainsaw (heavy load). The absorption and float LED's were flashing. I shut it down and re-started it this morning. The low battery light comes on. The batteries are at 57.4 volts. It looks like the multiplus can't see the battery volts (maybe an inbuilt fuse or similar).

Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a battery tester and guess what? Yep the batteries are done.
