The LED's on L1 are as follows: (system operating well, no functional issues)
Inverter on = GREEN ON. All other 3 ( Overload, Low batt, Temp) are RED solid.
All cabling checked, firmware updated. System has Pylontech batteries.

By operating well, what do you mean? the correct voltage is there? It inverts if mains is cut off, your three phase devices have no issues? It reconnects to grid? It can handle the full load while inverting?
You need a GX. Do you have one?
How is it connected?
We will need more information.
Hi Alexandra, There is a a CerboGX. This offgrid system is still being commissioned but the installer indicates early commissioning and testing steps show the systems works well (ie supplies loads, 3phase output operates, AC coupled solar Fronius Symo Advance 20, Pylon batts ), apart from the LED's on L1 Multi. No generator at site yet so AC in has not been tested. Before the install, the L1 unit appeared to be dead on arrival as there were no LEDs illuminated (L2 and L3 LEDs came on) but its was found that L1 was indeed ON and operational. The installer has confirmed that during the fault finding, during power up, the LEDs on L1 will either be ALL off, or as per the description above.
Photo of L1 below when the LEDs are illuminated solid, not flashing. Sometimes these are all OFF. Installer is setting up router nxt week so I can do more trouble shooting. @Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager)
Look forward to thoughts. David. DPA (Victron Distributor)
Extra details from installer - if this helps
If the GX is saying nothing that is weird.
But often all those lights together is a power pack problem ruling out an actual install problem?
To be more thorough on site. They get installed as stand alone not connecting by ve bus to other units and checked.
Additional resources still need to be added for this topic
