Colour Control Display shows no data intermittently

Good Morning, I have a colour control display with Quattro 5k and 150/35 Smart Solar. The display intermittently shows no data on the colour tiles, but the data is visible in the settings. See pics

Check the UTP Cable and all connections and then try a shorter cable if its two long or low quality then I have seen this happen
