MPPT 100|30 no Bluetooth

I have a brand new MPPT 100|30. I have TV and battery connected. I see a blue bulk light.


When I go to discoverable Bluetooth devices it shows nothing.


What am I missing?

Hi M. Gotta ask what model. The Smartsolar units have BT onboard, but the Bluesolar ones need a Victron BT dongle added.

If that isn't the issue try an alternative phone, like an iPhone.

Confirming with JohnC - you need the Bluetooth Dongle - made the same mistake and didn't read the fineprint re:BT on the BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 :-)

if I connect a blue tooth enabled 100/20 MPPT will that work
