Distortion of the input voltage?

Hi all!

There is a three phase system based on quattro 10kva. there are three voltage stabilisers at the inverter input, which force the inverter to switch to battery operation mode very often.

Yellow signal - voltage at the inverter input. The voltage is distorted but not disconnected. This form of voltage causes the inverter to switch to battery operation mode. Is it possible to configure the inverter so that it does not switch to battery operation mode in the event of such a distortion of the input voltage?

When stabilisers are in transit mode everything is ok!

Is there any solution to this problem.

Thanks a lot!

Does the inverter have a setting similar to VFRT = Voltage Fault Ride Through Function for dynamic grid backup during grid faults (voltage drops or rises) in the grid in order to prevent an undesirable shutdown of the feed-in power and the collapse of the system?

What are you current setting for the grid in VE.config?

There are a few options to try. Maybe take a look at this:

Dear Matthias, thank you for your reply. The inverter is connected to the mains and we have tried all these settings. Unfortunately the situation is not corrected.

We have found voltage stabilizers mess with the Inverters ability to synchronise. Too much shuffling and shifting the inverter will see the 'grid' as unstable and disconnect.

Better to put them on the output to the loads.

Dear Alexandra, thank you for your reply.

This solution can be considered, but there is a nuance. There is a war going on in the country and one of the enemy's tactics is missile attacks on the power grid. By installing stabilisers before the inverter, we are on the one hand trying to protect the more expensive equipment (inverter), on the other hand we are trying to prolong the work of the inverter from the mains during the period when the mains sags.

unfortunately, it's not a standard situation.
