Cerbo GX password

I purchased CERBO GX through Amazon. How can I get the installer password ?

Are you saying it is already registered to an owner?

A GX does not need a password normally.

The access level by default is user and installer.

I tried to change some settings of charging through Cerbo GX. But those parameters are not available. According to the manual, I need to login as the installer.

Go to Settings, General, Access Level and "User and Installer" has password 'ZZZ' capitals
