Phoenix 48/5000 - low SOC shut down and location of the programable relay

Hello,

I need help to establish a low battery SOC shut down of the Phoenix Inverter.

Tried several things over the VE configure3 software:

1. simple set up of shut down by marking the checkbox "shut down on SOC" with setup of min / max values for SOC

2. Also - setup of relay conditions via VE configure 3 software with the assistants. 2 rules successfully set up, but the relais doesn't switch. (virtual switch is off)

I am doubting wether I look at the right relay: mainboard, upper right - see photo.

Questions:

1. Can somebody give assistence to switch off my Phoenix by pure software - why is the inverter not doing what is suggested by the VE configure 3 software? (down- and uploading the configure file went well with success)

2. See the photo attached: is this the programmable relay of the Phoenix 48 20 5000 ?

3. if both is not possible - How can I use the cerbo' relays instead of the phoenix relay to program SOC conditions? The Cerbo webserver doesn't offer settings for programing the relays.

4. What do I need to do to access Node Red on the Cerbo? I read posts about this subject, but I am not familiar with this way.

Any help is appreciated.

Just found help:

https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ve.bus:virtual-switch-generator-start-stop

unfortunately it is not possible to set conditions of the virtual switch on SOC.

But:

with Cerbo GX one can control the alarm relay in the inverter by means of SOC: Just tried it and it is working well:
