Hi there,
I have a problem since the last few days with my installation.
I have a 3 phase system with victron quattros and 10 US 3000c Pylontech batteries connected with an pylontech lv-hub. The system worked fine for about half a year now, but since the last few days, the pylontech batteries do not discharge lower than 40% SOC. In the overview the Pylontech battery is in idle mode and shows on ESS #1: "SOC is low" and on ESS #2: "BatteryLife is active".
I have seen that the active SOC limit indeed is set to those 40% also. But I do not really understand why this happens, as the battery was charged up to 100% by the mppt chargers during the day, as you can see in the attachments.
Picture of the whole installation:

Any help would be very appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
