I can see the Fronius Gen 24 in the device list and it is showing real time data, although not showing yield results in the advanced widgets. Real problem for us is that the Fronius Inverter icon is not showing up on the dashboard and therefore AC loads values are affected. We have tripled checked the settings to confirm Its connected on the output and to " show " The issue i believe is that we cannot change the value " Multiphase " in the Settings> PV Inverters to single phase which is perhaps the reason. Strangely the Single phase Gen24 is identifying as a Tauro and Fronius have advised that this is because the gen 24 Prino/symo range share the same communications card i.e as the larger Taurus Inverters i.e, "Pilot" does the VRM think this is only a 3 phase inverter and therefore will not allow the "Multiphase " value to be edited . Created a ticket for service with Fronius who have suggested the problem is with Ekrano GX devices only. But that they are getting more reports of this behaviour Ours is a CERBO. Another thread suggested resetting the Fronius Inverter resolved the problem
This did work in the passed and Cerbo FW is current. Have tried reboots /hard resets also
Is there a solution please?. I have now added photos as evidence and wished there was a way for this to be seen by Victron Head office
