How to disable external control on Smart Solar MPPT 150/85 tr

Hello . Did is possible to use settings from Smart Solar to charge battery .? And turn off external control?

only way what found is if dellete ESS Assistant on Multiplus II . But then when grid is available Multiplus is turn off - inverting only if is diconected from grid

i need to use Smart Solar NOT controled from Multiplus assistant .

Did have any possibility for this ?

You can in the mppt itself.

Remove BMS control...

A real simple way is to remove it from the GX and set it to stand alone.

I`ts controled from Multiplus II ,Not from BMS . I not found any way to disable this . I still search how to turn off external control over SmartSolar MPPT . Not know why VICTRON not allow Smart MPPT to work in standalone mode when is connected to Cerbo GX and Multiplus II

Have you figured that out already? I have the same problem and till now here I only got the answer "you need to read a lot more".

As soon as the MPPT is connected to the cerbo then its one system. Check DVCC settings. External control means that the charging parameters are set by the BMS
