Solar Input not showing on App or PV charger

We had an electrical storm & the system tripped. We reset it but now the Solar Input no longer shows on the app or PV Charger. How do we get it back?

More details about the 'system' you have would help such as what hardware you hove. Perhaps the charge controller is dead.

It is an Easy Solar -II MPPT 250/70. Every thing else is working, just no solar panels icon showing on the app or inverter screenscreenshot-20231029-162204-vrm2.jpg

My guess is that the internal VE.direct connection from the MPPT to the GX device is missing or just became loose.

You could open the cover and check that.

Everything seems secure, thank you. Could it be a fuse?
