IEC 62109-1 MPPT Compliance

With the Morningstar Tristar it states that it has certified for “IEC 62109-1 (UL/CSA/IEC requires ambient temperature limited to 45°C. On the Smartsolar and bluesolar it doesn't seem like there is any limitation regards to temperature. Is this the case??

Hi @WJF

Victron mppts also carry a similar (identical?) certification..

This snip from one of the Data Sheets, available on the website.. Downloads > Data Sheets.

I'm not familiar with what they mean, but if you have a specific issue perhaps describe it in more detail and I'll see if I can find out for you.
