It could be that it is now visible under a different name. Probably something with "BL HQxxxxxxxxx" in the name. When you connect, VictronConnect will report that is has no application and present the update again.

Thank you. You have been on the spot with your comment. We found the new logo which represented the device which has been requesting a firmware update. After we clicked on this new logo in the Victron connect app, the firmware update was executed successfully.
