grid support at multiplus 2 power limit

hallo,

i have a question about a specific behaviour of a multiplus 2 inverter.
having this inverter connected to the grid and all the load getting supplied via the ac critical load and then having the situation that the inverter overpassed its nominal power limit. does the full load will be then entirely be supplied by the grid or only the power difference to what the multiplus can supply?

is there any setting that let choose between one and the other?

Any shortfall comes from the grid, up to the rating of the transfer switch.

You have some control with power assist and setting input current limits.

You can also force the inverter into charger only mode which will passthrough all power.

so the multiplus 2 itself is not able to manage the power source but needs an extra transfer switch?
