2 x Multiplus-ll 48/5000/70 feeding back into grid when AC loads are active

Good day, I need help please from Cape Town, South Africa.

My system consists of:

2 x Multiplus-ll 48/5000/70 in parallel

1 x MPPT RS 450/100 tr

Cerbo GX

2 x Blue Nova 5kw Lithium Batteries

14 x 550w JA Solar Panels

I have a problem that there is a discharge to the grid only when AC loads are active which consists of a geyser and two Aircon units.

How do I rectify this as there should not be any discharge to the grid?

My Installer is struggling to get this problem sorted.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

It is possible that if he switches which one is the master is can solve this.

The only other thing it can be is current sharing. If there is an imbalance it will mess with the system preventing feedback.

Are the units identical in age/versions.

@Alexandra thank you so much for your input. The units were bought a few months apart as it initially started as just a load shedding kit and then upgraded to what it is currently. I guess there might be slight differences in the units which I wouldn’t know. The latest one is the Master though.
