MPPT 100/50 bulk charge, no amps

I have two arrays of panels, each with a 100/50 controller. They have both independently stopped working at exactly same time. They are both bulk charging with zero volts coming into the battery, I've restarted both (unplugged). Any ideas?

Resolved - it was a blown fuse on the positive bus bar. Thanks!
