I have two systems online (at least, need to check others) that are not sending data to the portal.
In VRM both systems are listed as "realtime", but the history has not been updated, Remote Console can't be accessed, and the systems do not appear online in Victron Connect.
Is anybody else having this issue?
yes, my VRM portal is also not updating ( based on 15minute intervals). I am using the Colour Control GX. The control shows that WiFi is connected and I checked that the WiFi is also visible from other devices. The VRM states 2 way communication is not enabled.
Two-way communication will only affect firmware updates, and shouldn't affect logging
This problem seem to get more and more popular the last weeks... Please try a hard reset of the GX devide. Mean, - shut down the device and remove voltage/power supply for 30 seconds or so, then restart the system again. Might work then again as expected.
I had the same, or at least similar, situation and had to do this hard reset two times. But one time only a firmware update solved the problem finally...
