VE.Bus Error 24: Switch-over system protection initiated , AC input coil burn't

Greetings ,

My system has 3x 10kVA Quattro's working in three phase .The system is configured with the DVCC settings for scheduled discharging for some years but now happened during discharging process the grid shuts down and the generator kicks in (Quattro's AC in comes from the output of change over switch between generator and grid). At that moment we noticed the master inverter reports VE.Bus Error 24.

we made a closer look and found a little burnings to the AC in Coil .

Am asking if some one knows the root cause but also if its possible to recover the system by replacing the AC in 2 coil to AC in 1 coil that is damaged.

The possibile reasons are outlined in the manual.

There are a few reasons. Since we have no data on your system you would have to determine what applies to your system and it's useage.
