New install. Yesterday, I was able to see multiplus II with the bluetooth dongle. It got late so I turned off the unit to pick up today. This AM, mk3 was seen in victron connect but could not connect to Multiplus II. I moved the cat6 cable from the mk3 and inserted into Bluetooth Dongle. Connect via VictronConnect, the only thing showing was the battery temperature and battery voltage. I purchased a Cat5e cable because I read where this corrected a simple problem. No luck. I have verified that the correct driver is installed. Any suggestions appreciated otherwise I will need to deinstall and return.
