You can have the three Quattros connected over VE.Bus to the CCGX. I assume they are configured in three phase or parallel so that the group will show up on the CCGX as one device.
You can connect the GX GSM to the CCGX with USB cable.

I'm sure you'll appreciate that the Flexmax MPPT's, being from a different manufacturer, will not connect directly to the CCGX. Only Victron MPPT's are plug-and-play.
The operating system for the CCGX is open source, so if you are good with Linux and you can figure out the protocols and data structure for the Outback products then you might be able to connect them to a CCGX. However, you will be on your own with this kind of project.
Please be aware of the CPU limits of the CCGX, the maximum VE.Direct devices (MPPT's) is 5. You might want to select a different Venus device if you plan to connect more MPPT's.
