Venus OS on RPi and usb modem? posiible?

I can't find a clear answer - Will Venus OS on RPi support LTE USB modem connected to RPi and communicate with VRM? Or through the LTE hat on RPi? Or is it only WiFi/Ethernet?

I have a GX GSM plugged into a raspberry pi on one of my remote sites, works flawlessly

If you make sure that the device you connect uses the same chipset as the Victron LTE device then you should have no issues. If you look in the manual, there are details of the SIM module used based on the version of the Victron modem.
