Anomalie MPPT

Bonjour,

Lorsque mon MPPT100/20 48V est seulement connecté sur la batterie Pylontech, l'application VictronConnect indique 52.17V alors que le multimètre aux bornes de celui-ci indique 49.3V


Cela veut-il dire le MPPT est HS ?


PS : Le support de mon revendeur est aux abonnés absents depuis 3 semaines

ticket id 240501 chez allo ouvert le 17/08 avec une réponse cette semaine de suractivité et demande d'info de l'installation (ticket en état résolu)

ticket id 242936 avec les informations crée le 06/09.
