EV charging station bluetooth non connecté

Bonjour je viens d acheté une wallbox VE charging station et toute l installation c est passé assez sof que le bluetooth ne se connecte pas ,je m explique,j ai activé dans la wallbox,sur le téléphone je l ai donc associé comme écrit dans le manuel avec en mot de passe 000000 ,elle s affiche dans victron connect mais sa ne s'ouvre pas il se passe rien je click dessus mais rien , pourquoi ?j ai lu qu il pourrait y avoir un mot de passe bluetooth dans le boîtier après la version 1,24 mais j ai pas fait attention et avant de tout redemonter,je préfère demander,après je me dis que si le mot de passe était faux je verrai pas la VE charging dans l application victron connect.

Vous pouvez éventuellement supprimer la borne de votre tel (dans le menu bluetooth) pour relancer l'association via victron connect.

J ai déjà fait cette manipulation 4 ou 5 fois mais il se passe toujours rien quand je click sur evcs et pourtant bien afficher en local

Please make sure you are running the latest Victron Connect version. There was an issue with the previous version, let's make sure that's not the case.

J utilise la version 5.57 de victron connect

bon je viens au nouvelle j ai redémonté le boitier et a l intérieur pas de code Bluetooth seulement le code barre du wifi avec le mot de passe , donc la j ai toujours le même problème j ai pas avancé

bonjour j ai trouvé le problème j ai essayé sur une tablette qui n avait pas victronconnect et ça m a installé la version 5.95 et la ça marche donc j ai fais aussi la mise a jour sur mon téléphone et tout est ok

Ben non vous m avez pas parlé d une version ou d une mise a jour !!!!! Donc pas ce que vous pensiez ou en tout cas pas dit !!!
