The reply I got today is," The Main PCBA board is faulty due to a short circuit caused by the spark that occured on the on the Battery positive terminal.An eRMA was submitted to victron and it was confirmed that the warranty will not cover the cost of damage because it was an installation error which led to the fault. The unit was installed according to the manual. AC in was disconnected and the spark occurred when the +ve battery cable was attempted to be connected.
