Multi II 48/8000 + 2 PYLONTECH UP5000
GRID on AC IN 1
Weather is bad today so want to force charge from AC . Disconnected VS to let AC Charge.
Settings are charge 40 A from AC but only charging 3 to 5 A ?
AC Current limit is 50A .
I can't understand why is this system not accepting more charge .
very familiar with Victron environment and settings . double checked all I could think of .
Any suggestion highly appreciated . Thanks .
I presume since you are using virtual switches that you can't be using ESS - which would need to be set to "keep charged".
Are any voltage limits set in DVCC?
If you aren't using a genset I wouldn't enable dynamic current limiting.
thanks. no voltage limit on dvcc and charged yesterday from solar to 100% and 52 V.

In your GX device (Cerbo or whatever), check the "Input current limit" value for the inverter.
I unticked Dynamic current limiter and it works fine now ! Still do not really why would the dynamic current limiter do that and limit the charge , bu
