Multiplus II showing as unknown device on Victron Connect and VRM

I connected my Multiplus to my Mac Mini and Laptop and it show up as unknown device 2711. I am able to program the unit. I also can’t save configurations of the settings on the unit. When I click the floppy disc and choose a location and name and then click save nothing happens. This anomaly happens on my VRM as well when the unit is connected to my Cerbo. It shows as VE. Bus System and not the name of the unit. I am running 502 and I am aware there is a new firmware however I can’t save my settings before I try to update.

The unknown serial number in VRM is normal. Can you make a screenshot of VictronConnect? Is your VictronConnect app at the latest version?

I also have this same issue where it shows up as unknown product (2711). Yes my VictronConnect is up to date.

I’m running firmware 506 in my 24/3000 MPII though.
