Multiplus 2 stuck in overload state

My setup, which consist of:

Mutiplus II 48/5000/70, x2 Blue Nova BN52V-100-5.2K BP Lithium batteries connected in parallel, Cerbo GX

I set it up as a mobile system to use for backup power during loadshedding. AC power in cable 15m from DB board (dedicated line with 20A breaker).

All worked well for 2 weeks since installation. But then suddenly the Multiplus just went into overload state (overload LED stays on). There was no load connected at that stage. I have shut down the whole system and restarted, immediately goes into overload. Disconnected AC in and AC out and only kept batteries connected, as proposed in other threads. Makes no difference, stays in overload.

Multiplus firmware updated to latest v505. Batteries SOC 96% and 53V.

What else should I look at?

Here some views of system status:

@Peter Lourens

Remove battery comms.

Save settings. Reset to default.

Or do a firmware upgrade (that also wipes it)

Switch it back on. With no input our output wiring connected to the terminals.

If it has not cleared, then it is likely a return for warranty claim unfortunately.

PS: There is a pre RMA guidline for more thorough checks before calling it. Hope you have a decent DMM.

Did that, and not even 10 minutes it was back into overload, with AC out disconnected. Waiting for supplier...
