The Multi RS Solar 48/6000 Inverter/Charger is not accepted the AC input

2.jpg1.jpg3.jpg4.jpgThe Multi RS Solar 48/6000 Inverter/Charger, the inverter workes will, but the grid AC input is not work will and the multi ignore it,

I need to charge my batteries according to speicific values but the multi noe accept the AC input intrance and my systim just fall down due to cut off

what is my wrong and what need to do?

Disable conditinal AC connect. - you have told it not to connect unless the battery is very low in the sertings attached.

Or raise the low voltage connect so it does not wait so long to connect.

That is not the charger information though. That is found under battery...

I have found the basic ESS function works better.
