The Victron SmartSolar 100/50 PV yield has dropped over past 5 days from 2kwh to 300 wh with no apparent changes in setup or weather. Only thing different is the RV was not occupied over past 5 days.
Any idea of what could be causing this as the RV is 100% dry camping and has a DC Norcold refrigerator set at 3 that was running fine. Now food is spoiled.
We will need to know a few more things here about your setup...
Is your battery ok?Did it go below rebulk offset?
Was it parked in the sun?

What else is raising the battery voltage every day?
Why is it only charging to 13.84v max? And has been for some time. So not charging well enough at all.
You definitely don't have enough PV voltage for a good stable system.
The hotter the pv panel the lower the voltage it puts out. And you are barely 7v above battery most of the time.
A pwm charger would work better there.
Sun was relatively the same throughout the history of the captured data
Still info missing. What is your PV panel configuration? The sudden 200W max power could give then a hint. Maybe the diodes in one panel went kaboom? Impossible to say without more info about the config.
To add, even in the good period the battery was never properly charged. So system too small.
Guessing there is a faulty panel or two. Possibly cable fault.
Three Merlin 100W panels and 1 Zamp 90W panel connected in parallel to Victron 100/50 MPPT SmartSolar.
Today found SmartSolar Controller was off, cycled to always on and was receiving 17.89V Solar input and charger was in bulk. This afternoon in sunny condition the Solar Voltage dropped to 12.41...causing charger to be in an off state as it is below battery voltage
