MPPT daily history number of days

Good day to all. As a Victron installer , we monitor close to 40 systems on VRM . Just noticed that among these , one only is showing MPPT daily history with 2 days only : Today , and Yesterday . When all the others show up to 30 days . I tried to investigate , but don't even remember this could be a specific setting ? Any such experience or recommendation ?

This is Cerbo / GX70 / Vrm ....

Same only 2 days visible on the GX70 itself . But as you can see in the picture, whenvc-mppt-data.jpeg looking at the VRM installation data , the past days yield is clearly shown . Also, when going on Victron connect / devices / MPPT / History , the data is clearly shown too, all capture-decran-2023-07-24-a-075301.pngcapture-decran-2023-07-24-a-075147.pngthe way to 30 days .

Hi @Herve RV Nizard

This MPPT is probably connected via VE.Can and not via VE.Direct. A Venus device will not fetch the full 30 day history via the CAN bus and will only show 2 days.

Thanks a lot for the input @Thiemo van Engelen (Victron Energy staff) . Greatly appreciate . It is indeed connected via VeCan . I didn't know that VeCan would only show 2 days . Very good to know, and nice to have understood the problem !
