Victron Multiplus-II 48/5000 3phase with lithium ion battery

Hello,

I am trying to setup the Victron Multiplus-II 48/5000 3phase with customized lithium ion battery pack. I am planning to use 15s cell with voltage range from 4.1 to 4.0 so the voltage stays within the 66 max Voltage range of the system.

How much will this affect the system, should i try to reduce the series connection? Any one who has work with this type of system please let me know.

The Battery voltage range i am planning to use ifs61.5 V max to 48 V min..

That is a seriously high cell voltage, I would make sure the manufacturer is happy with that.

Assuming you're using LiFePO4 cells, please read this and reconsider

If you're using Lithium ion or Lithium polymer, the voltage is ok, but there's a much higher fire risk and they shouldn't be used without proper safety precautions.

61.5 volts (batt) = 15 cells x 4.1 Volts
61.5 volts (batt) is less than 66 Volts (max)
So, what is the problem?
