Do I *NEED* a VEconfig USB cable?

I'm trying to enable the external CT on my new MultiPlus ii and everything seems to point towards needing VeConfigure. I have a Cerbo GX running and everything connects via VRM / victron connect. Is there a way I can use VeConnect or at least enable the current sensor?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

You can pull your config remotely off VRM via the GX, modify it with VEconfigure, then push it back remotely. If you want to use VC app you will need the adapter.

Thanks Nick - I just need to enable the sensor.
Any pointers as to how to extract the config?
